What is going on ?

Well there is so much the has happened since I last posted. I have been working on a new single for the summer and went to Bali, Indonesia.
The New single I am working is named "AT THE TOP OF YOUR LIST " and I am planning on recording it at Latitude South in Nashville.
My single from A Long Road Travelled - BIG FREIGHTLINER is still going strong on radio both in Canada and USA. It has been doing incredible in the USA being added by 14,000 stations and by a lot of internet radio stations which an integral part of Indie Artist career. I am very appreciative of all the air play I have been receiving. Big Freightliner is even climbing the charts in Nashville.
As far as Live performances, I have a promo appearance on March 14 at Shakers in Edmonton at an open mic with Darren Gusnowsky, Rob Sharpio, Bill Hanson, Smokey Fennel, and Brett Hanson. I will also be appearing at North Edmonton Music Festival (date TBA) and at Festival Place Patio Series (date TBA)
Now with travel ! OMG Bali was beautiful and awesome experience. The beaches, Culture, and people were out of this World. There wasn't a place I visited that disappointed me. We got to meet Dominic Monaghan in Bali. Awesome guy. At night we would go to the beach restaurants where they had bean bags on the beach out front and watch the sunset .... Beautiful
In final words, I hope you are enjoying my home Country USA elections ! Mayhem and lots of fun ...
I will try to keep you in the loop with regards to my performances ...

Live at Black's Pub in Whistler BC (Nov 30, 2011)

Had a fantastic time performing tonight in Whistler, BC at Black's Pub. The crowd was incredible there. It was a incredible venue and look forward in returning. Very talented musicians backed me up. I thank every one of them. The audience was so up beat and welcoming and they made me feel right at home. The show started a little late but that was fine by me. Johnny B (Brown) was true to form on the Harp tonight with incredible lead breaks every time I through it his way. Drew my Bass player was blowing my mind at his talented fingers and skill to boot ! Jeff on the drums was as Cool as they come. Had people up and dancing.
To top that all off, after the show, the venue told me that I was the first Country Act to play the venue. They definitely wanted to bring me back and I have to say .... I would love to come back.
We even had the staff watching and having a great time during our performance.
I want to thank Mr. Lawrence Black, owner of Black's Pub, for having tonight. I also want to thank Mr. Kostaman for setting everything else up. If you are in Whistler please stop into Black's Pub on Wednesday nights talk to Mr. Kostaman and tell him I sent you. He might even buy you a beer !

Canada Got Talent Auditions

I had a great time at Canada's Got Talent. There was a line up outside where you get to meet people. This was the place where you could meet two types of people: 1.) Your new friend or 2.) Your Competition. The funny thing about this theory is that which person you meet is your choice. I was lucky enough to meet my new friend and not my competition. A young out going man that had a great attitude. Folks meet Mr.Cameron White ! Cameron, is from Grand Prairie, Alberta and was cool to hang out with. He went to school to play College Baseball which got my respect immediately. He is currently acting in Miss Saigon in Grand Prairie. So I guess it comes down to attitude and how you approach the situation. Cameron had a great outlook on life, in that we should all have fun. And Fun we did have ! I don't want to say if I am progressing to the next round because I promised I would announcing it at my performance Sept 17/2011 at Hooliganz Pub.

Bring out the beer
